[Fstemsnews] Assistance to Firefighter Grant Workshops in NH

The schedule for the Assistance to Firefighter Grants will be open for
the application phase in the near future.  The schedule of workshops in
NH is attached and pre-registration is requested.  These grants are open
to both fire and EMS units.
