Re:       New Hampshire Fire Service Memorial Sunday

 

Please join Governor John H. Lynch to honor New Hampshire's fire service
at the third annual Fire Service Memorial Sunday on October 11, 2009, 2
PM at the New Hampshire Fallen Firefighters Memorial on the grounds of
the New Hampshire State Fire Academy in Concord. The service will honor
all New Hampshire firefighters that have died in the Line of Duty and
those that have passed before us. The event is open to the public and
all fire service personnel and their families are invited to attend. 

 

Color guards are needed to circle the memorial during the service. Fire
service personnel are requested to come in uniform to form a sea of blue
at the memorial service site. 

 

This is your statewide service to honor all of our brothers and sisters
who gave all. Please join us in recognizing their sacrifice and the
sacrifice of the surviving families.
