WALL STREET JOURNAL ARTICLE

Many NH school districts are pondering tight budgets along with the
upcoming release of the NCLB Title II-D grant applications. While the
application has not yet been posted, we wanted to share a recent article
about this federal program and some of the results of Title II-D grants
funded in previous years in other states. The article was published in
the Wall Street Journal on 7/22/09. Here is the link:

NEW HAMPSHIRE CASE STUDY REPORTS

A few years ago, the NH Department of Education began requesting Title
II-D grantees to submit reports about the impact of their grants using a
Case Study format. While the reports from last years' grants are still
in process of being submitted, the previous year reports are available
on line at: http://www.nheon.org/ictliteracy/kit3.html (If your district
has not yet submitted a report, the online submission link is at
www.nheon.org/oet).

Cathy
