The following information is provided for those districts that plan to
apply for the ARRA Ed Tech (NCLB Title IID) grants for 21st Century

As stated on page 19 of the RFP (downloadable at
www.ed.state.nh.us/education/recovery), districts are asked to use the
online application system at mydoe.nh.gov to indicate their intent to
apply for ARRA funds. The instructions in the RFP omitted specifics
about who has access to the Title IID application pages, as follows:

By default, all superintendents have login access to all ARRA programs
in this system. Accordingly, superintendents should be able to see the
link to the Title IID application within the LEA home page when they
login. If additional individuals within the district have access to the
system but not to the Title IID section, they may request this. Send an
email to myNHDOEhelp at ed.state.nh.us with your name and username,
indicating that you'd like Title IID permission added to your user
profile. (See "contact support" on the MyDOE home page.) If you do not
yet have access to this system, create a user account from the MyDOE
home page where it says "create user account."

Districts should identify a program manager for the grant and enter
their contact information into the first page of the Title IID budget
application. This is the only information needed to indicate your intent
to apply anytime during the month of October. Once your proposal is
complete, you will enter budget information into the online system and
also attach your Title IID application narrative (MS-Word document)
using the attachment link in the system. You may attach other supporting
documentation as applicable.

We apologize for the confusion.
