If you are a district tech coordinator, PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE
IMMEDIATELY and respond accordingly. We are looking for 100% response
from districts on a survey of just 4 questions. Go to:
http://www.nheon.org/oet/erate/consortium.htm and click on the "Survey
for District Tech Coordinators" link.

What's this about?
The NH K-12 Schools Connectivity Consortium was formed by K-12 school
districts in New Hampshire for the purpose of maximizing group purchase
pricing on E-Rate eligible services beginning with the 2010-2011 E-Rate
Year. The NH Department of Education, on behalf of the Consortium, has
requested bids for a managed service provider to provide Internet
services for K-12 schools in the state of New Hampshire. The Consortium
anticipates a three year contract for services from a managed service
provider, with allowances for additional schools to join in years two
and three.

Why this survey?
At a recent bidders conference, potential providers asked questions
about the interest level and specifics about current connectivity
levels. This survey is the best and quickest way to gather such
information. Please note that your responses will be available for
PUBLIC VIEWING (see "survey results" link on same page). We request, if
humanly possible, responses by midnight on Monday, November 2. This will
allow the information to be made available quickly to bidders.

Thank you in advance for answering the 4 questions on this E-Rate
