ITEM: E-Rate Modernization Vote Scheduled for Today

Later this morning, the FCC will be taking a momentous vote on E-rate modernization, which is widely anticipated to result in an increase of funding for the program on the order of $1.5 billion annually. Should you have an interest in watching the Commission deliberation and vote, please tune in to http://www.fcc.gov/live at 10:30am ET. While there are numerous items on the FCC's agenda, the vote on E-rate modernization is the first action item.

Fingers crossed
