ITEM: SETDA is Seeking Examples from NH Educators
SETDA Technology for K12 - Success Factors Initiatives Tool
The State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA) is building a collection of support materials to help states, districts and schools implement technology successfully in six foundational areas: planning, professional learning, tech support, content, devices, infrastructure and assessment. SETDA aims to share overview content, resources, and a unique database of examples so that visitors can have "one stop shopping" when investigating how to best implement technology in learning environments regardless if they are just beginning technology implementation or refining a successful 1-to-1 program.
How can you help? Consider sharing the following examples of documents in the SETDA Tool:
* District RFPs for devices
* District technology plans
* Professional Learning Plans
* Professional Learning Examples
* Tech Support Plan or Communication Resources
* A summary of how you effectively shifted your budget to purchase devices and shift to digital content
If you have one or more of these documements that you are are comfortable sharing in the SETDA tool, please send me a pdf or doc version of the document, or a link to where it is can be publically accessed online.
Note, you cannot reply to this listserv, but please send your examples to Stanley.Freeda at doe.nh.gov<mailto:Stanley.Freeda at doe.nh.gov>. I will handle getting them to SETDA and into the tool.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
