Please join the Alliance for Excellent Education for a virtual workshop on planning your own Digital Learning Day<http://all4ed.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=9ce47950aea28fe1575772f4a&id=1ab0906b1e&e=d42aa29d63> celebration. Digital Learning Day, scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, is about inspiring students, engaging parents, and recognizing great teachers, and this panel of experts will provide ideas and advice to help you elevate digital learning wherever you are!
Jennifer Barnett will share examples of what Talladega students will be doing on Digital Learning Day, including making movies and showcasing products of their project-based learning. Verda McCoy will showcase what states can do<http://all4ed.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=9ce47950aea28fe1575772f4a&id=6837da2f99&e=d42aa29d63>, from hosting statewide conferences, to showcasing examples, and providing online learning opportunities for teachers and other staff. And Shannon Miller will highlight the opportunities for libraries to showcase great learning, and share examples including a poetry gallery walk, technology passion projects, and makerspaces. Terri Schwartzbeck will moderate the discussion and panelists will address questions submitted by viewers from across the country. Digital Learning Night

The NHSTE sponsored Digital Learning Night will have face 2 face and online options for teachers. Digital Learning Night will be a time for teachers to learn about Digital Learning Day, share ideas about what they are doing, and collaborate across the state on activities they can do with their students on Digital Learning Day. The event is free and light snacks will be provided on location at the Seacoast Professional Development Center (www.spdc.org<http://www.spdc.org>).
